Pack and Ship Sites ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our approach is simple: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and provide our services — nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit our consultation form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share:
- Full name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Current website URL (optional)
- Project details — anything you tell us about your store, services, and goals
Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information) in the project details field — we do not need it and do not want to receive it.
Information collected automatically
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.
Third-party resources
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles that data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Prepare and deliver your free consultation or website audit
- Review your current website (if you shared its URL) as part of that consultation
- Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.
3. How Your Information Is Shared
Your information is shared only with the service providers that make this website and our communications work, and only to the extent needed:
- Form processing — form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the information you submit in order to route it to us. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for how they handle submission data.
- Email hosting — the provider that hosts our business email
- Website hosting — the provider that serves this website
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Data Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see "Your Rights" below.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Regardless of where you live, you can always email us to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request a correction
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent to further contact
Send any request to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so there is less to protect.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted clearly.
9. Contact Us
